Exposure and Response Prevention

There is a clear need for a specialized treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, traditional talk therapy serves to prolong the symptoms and can end up making those living with OCD feel worse. Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP or ERP) therapy has been proven highly effective at reducing impairment due to unmanaged OCD. Maggie has been trained in EXRP at the University of Pennsylvania's renowned Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety. Maggie feels excited to work with individuals to reduce the distress caused by symptoms of OCD and anxiety disorders.
