An average ERP session has much to keep track of, including reviewing homework, Subjective Units of Distress throughout exposure intervention, and calculating the ratio of ritual submits to resists. I created a template in the session to organize this information better and use checkboxes instead. This allows me to keep track of information throughout the session and have better insights into progress compared to critical factors related to progress. Take a look below!
